This week I had the privilege of meeting 5 new students, who were arriving fresh faced and eager for the challenge of secondary school, straight from year 6 and the various plays and shows that are currently being masterminded by dedicated primary staff. Undoubtedly, they have ‘outgrown’ primary and the excellent foundations for learning that have been put in place there. As one parent succinctly put it, if they could start tomorrow, they would.
